Gosh, isn't it pretty?

 

 

Up until the protest, pictures of the building were never released to the public.

The day after the protest on 16th May 2001, a picture of the building was published to accompany an article on page 1 and page 4 of the Newcastle Morning Herald. It is shown above. Since that time a number of members of the public have attempted to look at the pcitures through Lisa Schroeder at the council (ph: 49 74 2791) and no one has been able to view them.

The only time the pictures of the building along with the pictures of the shade it will cast have been shown is at a Newcastle City Council Meeting on the 16th of May.

To complain about this issue write a letter to Newcastle City Councillors, 282 King Street, Newcastle 2300 - make sure that you mark it to go to all councillors.
